Rather, men who judge women predominantly based on physical appearance (as in this meme) are acting nihilistically and distorting the social incentives experienced by women. It's the use of social rewards and punishments to train women into caring about nothing except their looks, which crowds out other values. The underrepresentation of women in tech (and overrepresentation in, say, fashion and cosmetics) is directly related to this.
Are you trying to say that women using hundred shades of lipstick, being far more fashion conscious, wearing mini skirts and things like that are results of men 'forcing' them to do so?
Are you implying that men deliberately and consciously treat women predominantly as sex objects? May be there is some evolutionary psychology stuff is at play?
It certainly is discrimination if women are just as likely to get distracted by handsome men while with their other AND show it. In which case shame on us for stereotyping men as being more easily distracted by the opposite sex and being less discreet about it. But does anyone believe those two things?
Even so, I would love to see the same meme but with the sexes reversed. It might not be realistic, but it would be funny.
