0) The police are "busy" and haven't deemed 3 low-lives hanging out behind a convenience store to be "suspicious" or a priority.

1) They're a narcissistic psychopath acting like they own the place and lying their way out of trouble

2) One is a CI and act like they own the place

3) One is undercover and similarly act like they own the place

4) A certain high-ranking cop, who's name was dropped, is dirty and get protect money from such dealers
