Cisco is shutting down Tropo

Hello you,

In April, we announced some changes to Tropo, notably a shift from stand-alone applications to integrated solutions with other Cisco products. Refer to Tropo changes for more information.Since then, our focus has been fully shifted to the Webex For Developers program (including Webex Meetings & Webex Teams), which means we need to wind down Tropo and shift the resources dedicated to Tropo towards projects and products more aligned with Cisco's Collaboration strategy. We recently published a blog with a bit more details on this announcement, and we are now reaching out to our developers and customers directly to ensure everyone receives ample notice and specifics.

The wind down of services and support begins now (October 2018) with the removal of all registration functions for new users, and will continue in phases. As a user of the free development environment only (no production usage or billing), your account will only remain active until end of October 31st, 2018. We strongly suggest you transfer any data you would like to retain before this date, such as application code or stored audio files, as once your account is removed this data will no longer be available.

Please refer to our FAQ for more information including Tropo data policies, phone number porting, app migration and other topics. If you have additional questions or need further help, please feel free to contact us via support.

We thank our amazing Tropo developer community for building so many creative, innovative applications over the past decade, and wish you all good luck with your future endeavors.

Regards, CISCO Tropo Team.
