Ask HN: Finding _the_ documentation manager

As every other person/company that cares about good documentation, I'm searching for the tool that will fit best my needs, which are:

* markdown or any other easy-to-use language with highlighting of code blocks

* good full text search - this point discards pretty much any static-site documentation engine because they really don't work well when it comes to full text search.

* permissions - make it possible to restrict users access to certain content depending on policies/permissions

Do you know any documentation manager/store that has all those features?
