Google’s Mr. Schmidt once mentioned “Issues of food in the globe are all related to mismanagement by governments” here https://youtu.be/PsXFwy6gG_4?t=1083 Does that mean that with the governments becoming more efficient across the globe and the popularization of tech like decentralized ledgers in administrations, most of the biotech efforts in food security will not have as big of an impact in the coming years ?
