Google+ shutting down after data leak affecting 500,000 users (arstechnica.com)

It is so sad they killed Google Reader and butchered Google search syntax (repurposing "+") for this failed social network.

So glad my Google+ was deleted long ago and subsequently deleted all my Google products. Not sure why people give these crappy ad companies (Google, FB, etc) all their data.
