Ask HN: One cannot disable auto-fill in Chrome?

I think I'm going crazy... I'm using LastPass and Chrome autofill mal-functions on the LastPass site. So I've been trying to disable autofill, but all the locations pointed by help sites on the net are not appearing in my Chrome 69.0.3497.100.

So I cannot disable auto-fill at all! Is this intentional, and coupled with the forceful Chrome sign-in deployed with Chrome 69, as a method to make sure Chrome-as-a-Google-service controls all your web logins? Or am I just paranoid ?
