To recap, as I understand it: OP is typing in the domain name of his personal website. His logs show that Telegram visits the domain as he's typing.

Telegram visits the domain to cache the website to give a preview in the chat, this is normal for other non-secret chats, however since this is a secret chat, it should be end-to-end encrypted, meaning not even Telegram itself has access to the messages.
