Nice. Adding a location filter wouls make it even nicer.

Definitely needs a location filter and/or location displayed in the list view (like 37signals job board does). Sometimes you just can't use a filter – for example, being in Europe I would be willing to relocate to London or Berlin, but Seattle is more unlikely (because of distance and paperwork involved) – exact filter would be less helpful than an additional column in the list.

It is good to see many HN meta services started like Heacker Monthly, Newsletter, Hackerslide etc. It kind of speaks for popularity and value of HN. I am feel really good to be a part of such community.

How did you collect these jobs? Automatic screen scraping or manually?

I am kind of not in love with this idea. HN job posts right now attract people who actually read HN. This job site attracts everyone, including recruiters. How do I keep my postings from landing on sites like this?

You could simply ask applications for their HN username.

Or would many of your applicants be hesitant to share this information with a potential employer?

I could do a lot of things, but it looks like only have to do this thing because my job postings will be repurposed for someone's side project.

It's not a side project, it's a business project.

The so-called hackernewsjobs website is built on the JobBoardsHQ platform. The email address shabda@agiliq.com reveals that the poster works at Agiliq, which develops JobBoardsHQ (as a business, not a side project).

You're violating people's trust, and making them less likely to post to HN in the future.

It would be best to keep the job board, but re-target it.

I removed the listing. Sorry, the emails were using a mailhide filter, which broke without me noticing.

3. Emails were supposed used Mailhide, its a Django filter, which broke, and which renders things in plaintext on failing. :(

People shouldn't be angry at you for "exposing [their] email addresses" if you can parse "A at B dot com."
