Definitely needs a location filter and/or location displayed in the list view (like 37signals job board does). Sometimes you just can't use a filter – for example, being in Europe I would be willing to relocate to London or Berlin, but Seattle is more unlikely (because of distance and paperwork involved) – exact filter would be less helpful than an additional column in the list.
It is good to see many HN meta services started like Heacker Monthly, Newsletter, Hackerslide etc. It kind of speaks for popularity and value of HN. I am feel really good to be a part of such community.
I am kind of not in love with this idea. HN job posts right now attract people who actually read HN. This job site attracts everyone, including recruiters. How do I keep my postings from landing on sites like this?
The so-called hackernewsjobs website is built on the JobBoardsHQ platform. The email address shabda@agiliq.com reveals that the poster works at Agiliq, which develops JobBoardsHQ (as a business, not a side project).
Why the downvote? Fact is this guy made something that, even if he didn't take into account all the spam controls, tried to better something. Cut him some slack...?

None of those pages include the query.
Why would you put my email address in a spam-harvestable form on your website (http://www.hackernewsjobs.com/apply/contractor-at-metaoptimi...) if you won't do the same with your email address?
Or would many of your applicants be hesitant to share this information with a potential employer?

You took my email address, which I wrote as joseph at metaoptimize dot com, and then you converted it into something that spammers can much more easily grep for and harvest? http://www.hackernewsjobs.com/apply/contractor-at-metaoptimi...
This is not a good way to get the community on board.
p.s. You also spelled the name of my company wrong, but I appreciate the Britishism.
And, seriously: NO. You you may NOT interpose a form for applying to Matasano jobs in front of potential applicants.
Not cool.
You're violating people's trust, and making them less likely to post to HN in the future.
It would be best to keep the job board, but re-target it.
2. Removed bravura's (Metaoptimize) listings.
3. Emails were supposed used Mailhide, its a Django filter, which broke, and which renders things in plaintext on failing. :(
4. I wrote I created as it uses jobboardshq.com, which is another site we created. (thenayr's comment.)
(Sorry guys, I was sleeping or I would have responded earlier.)
People shouldn't be angry at you for "exposing [their] email addresses" if you can parse "A at B dot com."
