Ask HN: What are good resources for aspiring technology leaders?

Dear HNers,

Do you know of any worthwhile MOOCs on tech leadership? Books are also good.

Why: I am SE looking for change in following years. Some experiences taught me there is a shortage of true leaders in the field (Peter's principle). I am looking for resources that include but are not limited to:

* conflict resolution

* managing up

* office politics

* understanding project dynamics (e.g. R&D projects vs apps for well-defined business processes)

* development processes (I don't believe that Scrum is all we have)

* product development

* innovations management
