Ask HN: Google Tasks alternative

Since the new redesign of Google Tasks, and raising privacy concerns of using Google services, I started looking at the Tasks alternative.

Basically I'd like to have something similar to Tasks canvas interface for the Web, as well as Android and iOS client.

What are your recommendation?
