Corporates responsibility is making money, for their investors. They're not charity. No one is forcing these homeless people to live in SF. They can move to Gary or Detroit and have affordable, perhaps free housing.
p.s. having a tech city is stupid, we're all IP addresses, we do we need to be physically present in a specific location 9-5 if we can produce the same work from Mars...
