Ask HN: Are there alternatives to TestLink that work well with GitLab?

Hello fellow ycombinator divers, I am looking to improve my team's QA process and wanted to move away from how we log our test scenarios.

We currently use simple XLS spreadsheet and keep them on our google drive. This proves to be quite cumbersome to maintain as our schedule grew significantly.

We looked at TestLink but it does not work well with GitLab. Is there anything out there that you are aware of I can check out?
