Ask HN: Writing a book on monitoring, do I need a disclaimer for 3rd party tools

I'm writing a book on monitoring: principles, theory, and practical stuff like Icinga2, Prom, Grafana, Graphite, etc. I'm also using Digital Ocean for the examples and some over paid services such as AWS.

Can I just put a disclaimer that I'm not affiliated with any of them at the start, flash the right copyright/trademark symbols, and that's that?
