Yeah, it's a simple ETL job, and can probably be done via script by any competent sysadmin or developer. Fuck the FCC on this one. Especially since they're allowed to charge a reasonable fee for the work. $500-1000 would more than cover the cost of the request. Which is far less than the meeting to decide probably cost.
