False positive with spam filtering in HN

Long time lurker, but just registered here. I was about to read a thread but suddenly the link was killed. There were two review startup pages recently got killed: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1860963 http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1860858 The later one was killed twice I believe.

This becomes really annoying because review of new startup is one of my favorites in HN.

Does something need to be done here with the spam filter?
