This is just pure and utter financial porn, I don't even understand how such poor quality clickbait articles can make it to the front page of HN.

Stocks being volatile is just a normal fact of life. Please wake me up in 20 years and, if the SP500 prices (or better, a total world market cap index like VT) will not be __massively__ higher than today's, then we can be worried and blog about it like there's no tomorrow (e.g. Japan).

What goes up, must come down. The US economy is in great health right now, but stocks will face a pullback...now? soon?

I think we'll all be facing a recession rather soon - Trump or not.

We've already seen a decline of 10+% in the S&P so I wouldn't rule out that it has already been happening.
