Ask HN: Intelligent OCR solutions

Does anyone have a recommendation for an intelligent OCR solution that can reliably read documents (semi-structured, heterogenous) and output structured data?

Most solutions I looked into don't have semantic understanding of documents, and hence only output a blob of text. Others aren't flexible enough as they require stringent setup with templates
