Ask HN: How does your company do project management?

I've experienced many different implementations of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, todo lists etc. and it seems that every company approaches the problem in a slightly different way. I understand no development process is perfect and it very much depends on what your business goals are. How does project management work at your company? Do you use a process you think works particularly well? Is there things you don't like about the process that could be done better?
