Ask HN: Please recommend resources on moving to data driven decision making?

I work for an organization that essentially wants to learn the 'data mindset' - the types of questions we can ask, the types of queries those questions will turn into, and the data driven decisions that those queries could help us make. However, we are looking for some good resources. Does anyone have any recommendations?
