Ask HN: Software consulting firms that can help me develop my projects?

Hi Hacker News, and happy new year!

I was wondering if people here know of any groups of software developers that I could work with to develop my projects?

I am a software developer myself. However, most of my (early, 1.5 years) experience is with backend application level or business level software.

I see myself working on prototypes or MVPs of certain ideas of products I'd like to see people use. I see myself describing different parts of the product to able software developers. I see myself reviewing the checked in code every couple of days.

The developers do not necessarily have to work together. I can contact each one individually. However, I am wondering if I could find such a group of people.
