Ask HN: What it takes to get your first employer?

I am running a one-man company with some well established apps for Shopify and I want to get ready for my first developer.

As I read at https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=18807017 there are great companies that search for talented people, well established companies that offers work stability and a much higher salary.

Why would a senior developer want to join my solo dev company?

I have created a job post and I would like some feedback on it. I don't have experience on hiring people and any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
