Poll: Opt-in or opt-out when reusing the crawled HackerNews database?

I am currently building a site that relies on the HackerNews database that was published yesterday (amongst other sources).

After reading the discussion that followed its release (http://news.ycombinator.org/item?id=1881262), I'd like to get a better understanding of how you feel with respect to reusing the content on HN inside a new site.

Can you help me out by answering this poll ?
