Ask HN: Migrating from Webfaction to where?

I've used Webfaction for many years but having seen the company become increasingly irrelevant in the past years and now acquired by GoDaddy, I would really like to hear what alternatives there are out there. Looking for:

* shared hosting aimed at devs and indie hackers who don't want to manage servers or services (so no Digital Ocean or AWS type of providers).

* a powerful control panel that does DNS, email, etc yet offers convenient features like 1-click installers for Wordpress

* shell access
