So, if such a system exists, and I'm not saying it doesn't, it still seems like the tone of your posting makes it less likely for people to take it seriously. A post raising the same question (is there a system that the HR of big SV companies use to do price fixing for labor?) in a less angry tone might be more likely to get more responses?

If so, Who is responsible for this system and who works for them?

TL;DR: is there a Palantir of HR that nobody is talking about - if so it needs to be exposed because it may be a core reason why ageism exists.
