Ask HN: How do you think 5G will impact web and mobile development?

I am trying to see what is the opinion on HN about this. With the 5G network expected to come in the next few years how do you expect that web & mobile app development will change? Are you already preparing something in the works to take advantage of the increased speed and low-latency? Do you think you will be able to get away with more "un-optimized" web designs because of the speed?
