Hiring ASP.NET / JavaScript Developer in Mexico City – Platform Rewrite

I would wait until the first of the month to post this in the jobs section of HN, but this project is urgent.

I'm looking for developers in Mexico City who know ASP (VB webforms), Bootstrap, .NET, and similarly old Microsoftisms - we have an online learning platform that is taking off, but unfortunately has lots of technical debt. We need to completely rewrite it and issue some bug fixes until the rewrite is complete. The rewrite & redesign of the platform is partially up to the developer - so there's some creative control for this position.

Experience with internationalization, databases, and marketing are big plusses.

Remote is OK, but Mexico City is preferred (so we can co-work at least 2 days per week).
