Ask HN: Which is the greatest place on the internet that is not in English?

If I did not know English, I could not enjoy HN. I am wondering which kind of media, webpages, communities or services are absolutely great but they are not in the Anglosphere yet.

Sometimes we get a glimpse in a translated book in Chinese, or a hacker community in Germany, or a service that we only find in Spain.

What else are we missing, HN?
