Hadoop on Commodity Hardware or Enterprise Hardware (Dell Isilon)

How are you guys running Hadoop? We have a 1/2 petabyte hadoop cluster running on commodity hardware which has served us well for about 5 years. But now, we see multiple hardrive failures ( end of life ). Should we continue with commodity hardware or look at enterprise options going forward? Thoughts from a maintenance perspective, cost etc.
