Ask HN: Developer Friendly App Development Contract Templates?

Hey everyone, so I'm in talks with a client who wants to me to build them a sort of app suite: iOS app, Web App, and backend. They are asking me to send them an agreement. I'm hoping you guys might know of some good Developer friendly resources to help put one together, or even a template agreement that is Developer friendly?
