Looking for a work from home job for my wife

Hey guys I need some help. My wife is desperately needing to find another job. She has been in telecommunications for almost 20 years. She is a senior systems analyst, trainer and technical writer. Can anybody recommend any good companies to work for? She will need a work from home job as she needs to be available for our kids.
