How do you manage all of them? I often scroll through many of those when trying to find a photo of something...

I might only capture one or two key slides. Depending on the circumstances I sometimes paste the photo's in a document (word, Evernote, etc) along with other notes i've taken.

I do the same with whiteboards during meetings.
