Ask HN: What stack would you use for this project?

I need to write a simple web-based tool that can take input from the user, plug it into SQL queries, and display the results as tables and graphs. I may also need to call some APIs. Earlier in my career I would have used JSPs for this. What stack would you use in 2019?
