This is great, but why are these tools only for the Pacific Northwest?
Well, why would you expect them to be global?

Take your pick: Geographically-bound datasets, stakeholders which are distinctly regional in their operations and funding, idiosyncratic local climate patterns...

Many are available for the US as a whole (eg. estimation of future plant hardiness zones). The climate graph generator is available for any land location globally.
