This seems like bad mechanics design. Assuming the "radius = f(likes)" function isn't linear and asymptotes, everyone will just spam-like their post until it gets close to the asymptote. Then, the app essentially consists of posts that just have a constant radius (r ~ threshold radius), making dynamic radius a completely useless mechanic.
