I AM LOOKING FOR CRAZY INVESTOR

Hello, i want to start a messaging app to compete with the current established messaging app in the world like whatsapp,snapchat,telegram,viber,wechat and etc. i have come to know that investors who are normal will not invest in my startup , in that case i am looking for an abnormal investor who is different from normal investors. i am looking for $70,000 for 7% or $20,000 for 2% .
