Ask HN: Standardized Colorblind Safe Colors for Error, Warning, OK Conditions?

I've seen several tools to view your web site using various colorblind filters. However, I was wondering if there are standard colors that can be used for Critical (Red), warning (Yellow), and OK (Green) conditions? For example I believe that many stop lights have a slightly bluish shade of green, and a red that isn't quite red.

Deut here: For stop lights, thankfully the red is a lot different than the green. Often not that different than yellow, but it turns out that that doesn't matter so much.

The greens are all over the place, and often hard to distinguish from street lights. But again, not so important.
