Why doesn't HN provide more information in RSS?

I use RSS owl on my ubuntu machine and I have subscribed to rss of HN. All I see in the reader are is the Title of the post. In my opinion I feel that it would be a good idea if provided with Comments on that specific title or a preview of the page it is linking to.
