Profitable W11 YC company seeks web developer

Hi! We're a two person company (one dev, one biz) looking for our first engineering hire, starting as soon as possible. This position is onsite in San Francisco; we have shared office space in SOMA.

Experience in web development with Python (we use Django) and JavaScript (we use jQuery) is a plus, but intelligence, experience, and eagerness to work can trump domain knowledge. The candidate we're looking for is excited to join at this early stage, lead new components of the codebase, and work hard for a high-potential company.

Since we haven't raised a Series A yet, we can offer several times more equity than you're probably used to seeing. (We can pay you because we're profitable enough, and revenues have been growing steadily.)
