Most of the tech companies operating at some significant scale must have a lot of alerts and for those alerts they must have playbooks.

These playbooks need to be concise and precise to make sure MTTI and MTTR is on the lower side. So what practices does the tech companies follow to make sure that these alerts are remediated within some time. If the companies do not have playbooks, then how does debugging happen at the time of alerts.
