Quovo and Stripe Integration?

Plaid & Stripe already have a seamless integration for initiating payments. We recently migrated from Plaid to Quovo and the process for payments get more complicated with the need for microdeposit verification. Anyone run into this issue and have a workaround? I'm sure the partnership is on the horizon considering the recent acquisition but no real intel on this...
