Ask HN: What's the URL of the Tech Blog with Colored Bubbles in the Header?

There's an engineer / UX designer / blogger who has a personal website with articles that often get posted to HN, but I cant remember the name.

I has a beige / light brown background, nice typography, and the most distincitve feature are these "bubbles" or colored circles in a cluster in the upper left and in the footer.

When you hover over the bubbles they turn different colors.

Does anyone in the HN community know the name of this site of the top of their head? Thanks!
