Ask HN: Community-Driven or Premium Services for Code Review

I was wondering if there are any community-driven or premium services for code reviews out there?

I am not asking for a place where one goes and get their homework problems solved!

More like: "why I am using ADAPTER pattern wrong" or "why my method should be broken further as it is still violating single responsibility principle (SRP)" or "my implementation of thread-pooling will cost me performance delays" or "class names choice can be improved".

You know where people much more experienced than me can assist.
