Perverse incentives. China is driven by profit motive when it comes to black market organs, and will happily steal them from prisoners in order to sell them to the highest bidder.

I wince at the idea of seeing "just sell an organ" become part of the financial responsibility / get out of debt spiel pushed by capitalism.
