Ask HN: Template for Startup Tech Evaluation?

I've been asked to do a little consulting for a new VC firm, specifically to do due diligence on the startups' tech stack after they've passed through some other screening.

Does anyone have a template they use for this sort of thing? Preferably examples from other VC firms, but any examples are appreciated.

I'm specifically looking for tech evaluation templates - not overall business.
