Ask HN: What do you look for in a new job?

The question I receive most when job hunting is a take on "what are you most looking for in a new job?". As for myself, the answer has always been a solid team. This is such a big aspect that I'm willing to sacrifice on other compensation benefits just to work with great people.

How does HN answer this question? What aspects of a job do you consider valuable?

A few examples of other perks that I've heard others mention: Office with a door, large salary, or a bring your dog to work policy.
