What to learn next? (after Rails and React)

I work as a full stack, developing mainly with rails and react.

what should I learn in my spare time to become better at what I do, as well as being able to get a better paycheck?

I'm thinking either deeper in those 2 or get aws certified(and learn it). what are your ideas?
