Ask HN: AWS Instances Performance

Guys, do you check your AWS instances performance? ( cpu memory speeed/ hd speed )? We are noticing an increase "bad instances" rate, about 8-12%. ( low cpu perfomance, or low disk speed ) We run about 150 new instances daily. ( for an hour )

It started about 10 days ago.

Seems like AWS is trying to reduce costs.
