Hm. You usually don't think of the physical location of a page in memory as being security-critical information. This should only be a problem for memory vulnerable to rowhammer-type attacks. That's a hardware defect. It's embarrassing that hardware vulnerable to such attacks is still being manufactured. The fix is just to refresh DRAM more often. Yes, you pay for that in battery life on mobile devices.
