I am a developer and newbie to Marketing/Sales terminology, I would like to get domain knowledge of CRM as I am planning to work on EspoCRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have tried google and youtube videos but they are not satisfactory! Can anyone please help me with any of the following? 1) What is a Lead? 2) What is a Prospect? 3) What is an Opportunity? 4) What are the role of the Marketing & the Sales team and when/where do they interact with CRM? 5) Which terms of Marketing or Sales I should be aware of? 6) How does an organization utilize a CRM (case study) 7) How does Lead>Prospect>Sales flow work?
